Natural?

I watched a video the other day and scientists were saying the noises are nothing to worry about and its this natural electro magnetic phenomenon thing. This does sound like a valid explanation but again, why did we JUST start to notice this. If it is so natural than why is such a fuss being made now?

From my experience of these noises in Windsor/Detroit Ontario/Michigan I know FOR SURE this is not natural.  Its such a noise that it feels like it pounding your chest. It also happens near every night only for no more than 1 year. This is NOT natural.

Regular Industrial Noises?

I have seen MANY comments on youtube videos of people saying "The noises are just from the factories and plants" I personally have heard the noise in Windsor, Ontario Canada and this is NOT some regular industrial noise. This noises is so loud it can be heard across the whole city and within 5 km or around 2.8 miles you can FEEL the vibration in your chest, it almost feels and sounds like you are feet away from a ship running aground.

Could this have anything to do with Iran?

If you guys/gals don't pay much attention to the news, you should know that Iran is being accused of trying to develop nuclear weapons by many Western Nations. This is causing potentially serious consequences in the middle east. Iran, a relatively powerful nation compared to what we have dealt with the past 2 decades or so is sending many threats to retaliate against penalties given to them for its supposed nuclear weapon developments. Could this explain these noises? These noises started occurring roughly when these complications with Iran started making everyday news. Are they some sort of defense system? or maybe even an offence system? There has been lots of technology not yet shown to the world since last major wars, maybe these noises are some new form of warfare. Something to maybe effect our electronic systems? or most likely out of all of those a defense system in particular an early defense warning for missiles. Maybe these disagreements with Iran are worse than the governments are willing to admit to us? I have heard stories of radio waves and other types of things making their way around the world from the cold war when both the Americans and the Russians were trying to develop systems to warn them as early as possible of a possible attack.

I am not directly saying this is what these noises are, it's just a idea to think about. I am not trying to make up some government conspiracy or something.

Theories

There are SOO many theories out there and I am sure most of you guys know about them. Aliens, Meteors, Earthquakes, and Electronic Weapons. I have no real opinion, however I do think there are people who know and don't want to and can't tell us. Yes I am essentially saying I think it is top secret stuff with tensions rising in the world between Iran and, well almost everyone else, maybe countries are starting to raise their defenses with such weapons that have only recently been developed and never got a chance to be put to use?

Is The World Really Coming To An End?

I live in South Western Ontario. I often travel to the most southern Canadian city of Windsor, Ontario. I started to notice these loud and heart racing noises, particularly at night, this may be just because our senses seem to work better at night because of our lack of vision, or maybe it really did just happen at night. Months later, in fact only about a week ago I found out from a local that this isn't just a regular industrial noise like I thought, this was called the "Windsor Hum". It apparently started around late summer of 2011. Rumors had it that they were coming from Michigan, USA's Zug Island, an off limits industrial island. After much research gathered this past week I have gathered that noises similar to this have been heard all over the world, the weird part being they ALL seemed to start occurring about six months ago. As William Shatner would say "Weird or what?". Many people view this as being signs of the end of the world on the very near date of December 21st, 2012, or is it really some natural occurring noise from meteors entering the earths atmosphere. How come this is all becoming a big deal all so sudden and soon?
